I'm learning how to use custom search folders, and search in Outlook 2007. It's almost useful now!

I have myself an 'all mail' folder, and a combined inbox.

You can search for hasattachment:true, which is only a bit more painful that gmail's has:attachment

Or from:bob

And the search isn't nearly as dog slow as Outlook 2003's

I might be able to set up rules to file my email now, without that causing me to be unable to spot new emails. Actually, that might be asking too much.
